SAFE SANCTUARY
The Beverly Church’s safe sanctuary policy follows that of the Greater United Methodist Church. This policy has been established to reduce the risk of abuse of children and youth in our church.
Each adult that will be working with children is asked to have a background check and to read and understand the policy of the Beverly Church. According to the policy all children are to be supervised by at least two adults. All activities dealing with children follow this rule.
As a church we want to ensure that everyone feels safe while attending any of Beverly United Methodist activities.
